Our annual Breast Cancer 5K CARE Walk is growing and we hope you will join us as a sponsor or door prize donor! Over the past few years, hundreds of walkers have joined CARE Walk and raised more than $50,000 for breast cancer causes.
If you donate more than $300 (or $600 in door prizes/services) by February 28, we will add your logo to our registration forms, flyers, and t-shirts. If you donate a door prize of $25 or more before April 30, you may have a booth at CARE Walk and you will be listed on our large door prize poster (a popular spot for CARE Walkers before and after the walk). You will receive a two-fold bonus if you support us: 100% of your donation is tax deductible AND 100% of your donation will stay right here in the Miami Valley to help people here at home!
Since it started in 2002, CARE Walk has grown year after year, and this would not have happened without our community's continued support. CARE Walk attracts all sorts of people: young, old, big, small, male, female, students, parents, teachers, coaches, etc. We are very indebted to these walkers, to our sponsors and door prize donors, and to our volunteer base of student service groups, such as Oakwood Giving, National Honor Society, and Dayton's boy and girl scout troops.
We hope you will join us and our dream of a world without breast cancer. Perhaps one day there will be no need for CARE Walk because our dream will be realized! That would be simply wonderful.
