CARE Walk registration
CARE Walk attracts all sorts of people: young, old, big, small, male, female, students, parents, teachers, coaches, etc. We all believe children should grow up in a world without breast cancer. We hope you will join us and share our dream.
We encourage participants to pre-register to make the morning of CARE Walk go smoothly, so this year we are offering free stainless travel mugs to all pre-registrants! To pre-register for CARE Walk on May 10, 2008, please download the registration form and mail the completed form and check made out to “CARE Walk, Inc.” to:

If you pre-register for our walk before our deadline, you will be guaranteed a free gift and the items you order. However, if you miss the deadline, we encourage you to pre-register as all items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. We always order extras of everything and we will have some additional items to sell the day of the event.
