prize donors
One of our most popular events is our door prize drawing. All walkers are entered into a drawing for a wide range of door prizes donated from local merchants. The drawing takes place during the walk and winners are posted by the time walkers have returned to the stadium. Since last year, we have also had a raffle for our largest prize donations: an oriental rug donated by Fazel Rug Gallery and artwork donated by Deck the Walls. The raffle drawing takes place after all walkers have returned.
Raffle tickets can be purchased the morning of CARE Walk. They are also on sale now through CARE Walk team members or at Fazel Rug Gallery in Oakwood and Deck the Walls in Kettering. Tickets are $1.00 each or 5 for $2.00.
